How to request deletion
You can ask us to delete your Wordeal account and the data linked to it at any time. Wordeal does not currently have an in-app option, so requests are made by email.
- Email support@plutotechconsulting.in from the email address you use to sign in to Wordeal. This is how we confirm the account is yours.
- Include the app name (Wordeal) and ask for your account to be deleted.
- We delete your account and data within 30 days and confirm by email to the same address.

What we delete
- Your Wordeal account and sign-in (Google Firebase Authentication)
- Your email address
- Your display name
- Your profile photo URL
We do not keep any of this data after your account is deleted.
Data we don't control
Wordeal shows ads served by Google AdMob, which receives ad-related data (such as your advertising ID and IP address) directly from your device under Google's own privacy policy. We do not hold this data, so we cannot delete it. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalisation in your device's Google or privacy settings.
