About this policy
Wordeal is a word-guessing game published by Pluto NextGen Tech Consulting Private Limited ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal information the app collects, why, and the choices you have. By using Wordeal, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
When you sign in with Google or with an email and password, we collect only:
- Your email address
- Your display name
- Your profile photo URL
Apart from the ad data described below, we do not collect your location, contacts, payment details, or any other personal information. Google Firebase, which runs sign-in for us, may also process technical data such as your IP address to keep sign-in secure, under Google's own privacy policy.
Ads. Wordeal shows ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data such as your device's advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and approximate location to show and measure ads, and may use cookies or similar technologies. We do not give AdMob your email, name or photo. See How Google uses information from apps that use its services.

We do not use your email, name or photo for advertising or profiling.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your email, name or photo. Wordeal shows ads served by Google AdMob, which receives ad-related data (such as your advertising ID and IP address) directly from your device, under Google's own privacy policy. Your information is processed by Google Firebase (Firebase Authentication) as our service provider, only to run sign-in. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Retention and account deletion
We keep your information until you ask us to delete your account. Wordeal does not currently have an in-app option to delete your account. To request deletion, email support@plutotechconsulting.in with the app name (Wordeal) and the email address you use to sign in. We will delete your account and all data listed above within 30 days of your request, and we will confirm the deletion by email to that address.

Children's privacy
Wordeal is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security and your rights
Your information travels over encrypted connections and is stored by Google Firebase with its security protections. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time by contacting us. Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act may give you further rights, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Ad choices. We do not run our own personalised advertising. Ads are selected by Google AdMob, which may use your device's advertising ID to tailor them. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalisation in your device's Google or privacy settings.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of Wordeal after a change means you accept the updated policy.
